BioSenior at George Mason University, I'm majoring in Communication with an emphasis on Journalism. I am also beginning my minor in Business this fall. I just want to make a difference. I want to be that face on TV that people want to watch, because they trust me. There is so much wrong with this world, and I don't want to be the one to fix it all, but maybe if everyone trusted those handling the news again, some things would get better. I'm tired of turning on the TV and seeing more about Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan than I do about finding a cure for cancer or what's going on in Darfur. I'm tired of seeing one side of Iraq on one channel and another side on a different channel. News is news. It should all be the same, but it's not, and I will never change that. But I want to be out there getting the news, and then I want to be able to go to sleep at night knowing I did my best.
